Default regrind cam

hi ive got an au series 2 forte wanting to change cam to sopmething with a bit more down lower its auto exhaust extractors and tickford snorkle soon to have mandrel bent intake any suggestions and who to contact etc

As a rule of thumb changing cams will usually increase top end at the expense of power and torque down low.

Don't do the cam.Get a higher stall converter. For the street you just cant beat it with any other mod..except for a good tune.

350 should get you a nice stall converter.Despite all of the scaremongering I hae never had limp home issues with mine.Others have but maybe their converters havent been made to be in harmony with the car?

You will need around another 250 to install but it will be alot better. For a total outlay of 600 dollars you will gain more bang for buck than any camshaft can. Just be warned though also ..that you need a tranny cooler but the wreckers have them everywhere.
