The TCI 2500 stall is a baby to drive on the street no plroblems at all both Useless and I run them and neither of us have anything bad to say about them for daily driven work cars.
Stally have a bit of a bad name from the old days pre lock up clutches etc in big old V8's which revved. I had a Chrysler 360 cammed with 4 barrel etc which wouldn't idle in gear so bought a 3500rpm stall for it. In those days thats what you did but it was a bastard to drive smoothly on the street and was deadly in the wet. The TCI 2500rpm stall is so different you could feel it was a stocker in comparison. |
