I'm new to the moding game so i'm not to sure what problems that I'm going to run into.
The plan is to drop put the old 1.3 and replace with a festiva 1.5. Then me and my old man are going to slap a supercharger on it. There is a definite time limit so any suggestions or ideas would be thanked. My oldman is the brains of the operation so theres no lack of experience. P.S is there a cheep 1.5 twin cam that would fit easily into the festiva ( I was thinking excel maybe). But anything that is compatible would be appreciated. |

I had a look and I couldn't get any real prices.
I'm a bit reluctant as I don't have much to spend. Somewhere between 2 to 3 grand. Plus pops has a good deal on a small blower for it. Plus the time issue is the real problem. Due to space and equipment it will take about 3 days just to but a new engine in then we're going to have to manufacture parts to fit the blower. P.S anyone with prices AUS for 2l duratec please post |

Supercharge it!!!
Either that or look for a Kia engine to fit, since that's what it is underneath. Might make the swap easier.
