Default MD Mondeo Diesel gearbox

I was in a dealer on Saturday talking about a few vehicles (fitting the kids in them!) when i asked about the gearbox in the diesel wagon they mentioned it was now a conventional torque converter auto rather than dual clutch, now i dont know if that is the case as i havnt seen info, but i have seen a couple of cars being advertised as MY17.5 and i dont know if there has been a change? Anyone know?
I really want a ecoboost trend wagon.... guess thats a pipedream... haha
