Hi guys I am looking to out a 302 Windsor in my Capri, it's the biggest I can with the strict certification requirements here.
I want to go alloy block but the only 302 I can find is the dart how ever the Ford performance 351 aluminium block is way cheaper but taller deck hieght, I was thinking this as an option and destroke it only concern is the clearance to the bonnet, I don't want anything coming through and I want to run ITB injection. Anyone done a 351 Windsor in a Capri or even better have one now I could get some measurements off?? |

They put Windsor blocks in Capris here in South Africa, they were called Perana's. The motor used to fit under the v6 gt bonnet with the power bulge..
