it'd be nice if the manufacturers werent trying to tell us what we wanted.....

That's been Ford's problem for the last 10 years. They've been telling us that Australian's want large, RWD sedans when in fact, we want SUVs and small cars.

I'm currently in the US and there are Fusions everywhere. And they look great! There's so many awful looking cars on the road here: Pontiac Aztec and the prev generation Fusion get honourable mentions. But the Fusion looks great, even when painted orange with TAXI written all over it.

It is disappointing that they aren't selling the hybrid in AU. I see Camry hybrids everywhere in the city.

I think I remember Ford saying the Hybrid was on its way in the future. Knowing Ford lead times, we should see it some time in 2025.....
