1976 Ford ZH Marque Fairlane 351 FMX transmission coloum auto foot hand brake.
Has anyone fitted PH 4050 ceramic pacemaker extractors with these standard features. Yes have contacted Pacemaker direct who were very helpful but never fitted to my model. Asked several mechanics and exhaust businesses but no one seems to have actually fitted to my model. I know the right hand side needs to be cut between 2 & 3 to get them in and possible remove engine mount and jack up the motor on that side. Also I have been told the linkages and foot brake need to be modified. I am hoping someone has a car the same as mine and has fitted extractors. Thankyou |

Follow Up on fitting the Pacemaker PH 4050 extractors. Left hand side (Passenger Side) fitted perfectly and lined up with exhaust. Right hand side (Driver Side) fitted to engine without having to split or cut them. NOTE: Right hand side D.S. hung down too low needed to be 1" shorter. Also did not line up with exhaust extractor outlet pipe wrong angle. Cut rear bumper to match right hand side exhaust to accommodate twin exhaust. After several modifications finally worked out OK. Sounds great. |
