Default Gearbox is goooonnnneeee!!!!

well they stripped the gearbox and i need new bearings and a few new gears.

Ford will only sell a new box for 10 grand so if anyone know where to get parts or a second hand box itd be much appreciated.......

Could almost buy an entire car for 10k... ! Can you import from Europe? I dont know the link... someone else might, have seen a site that sells EVERYTHING Focus...!

I Didnt think ford serviced the getrag gearbox's, remember reading about it on an american forum ?

There's one for sale on eBay UK...if you can get it here?

There's currently NO Bids, 230 quid starting, that's about $600...so a good deal!

Also, Mini Cooper S is same box, not sure about gearset tho', maybe just different final drive ratio's (There's 2 in the 6 speed Getrag)!
