Requesting some advice re fitting an elect fuel pump to my 1600 engined mk1 esky.Car is used only about once a month ,has a 32/36 twin choke weber is the correct pressure a matter of concern ? What is best brand to fit?

No need for an electric pump the factory unit will easily feed a pair of 45mm Webers.
Instead spend the money on a decent fuel pressure regulator, something like this... https://www.burtonpower.com/regulato...sefpr007g.html Webers thrive on correct pressure of about 2-3 psi and one of these will make a big difference in its operation. If you do decide to go for an electric pump make sure you also use a tachometric relay, these run from the ignition coil and cut power to the pump if there is no spark for example in the event of an major leak or accident. I would run an electric pump and regulator as suggested.
The electric pump when primed will supply fuel to start immediately saving the weak starter motors from trying to turn the engine over to get the fuel to the carby. This will also conserve your battery . I have done this on 2 of my cars with great results.
