Dudes check out wat i just bought feedback welcome!! 1 of 3 View larger picture price: AU $1,500.00 Condition: New U ARE BIDDING ON A TWIN TURBO SET UP FOR AN EF/EL 4LT 6 CYLINDER WHICH CONSISTS OF T3/T4 TO4E TURBOCHARGERS WITH INTERNAL WASTEGATES (new) TOP MOUNT CUSTOM EXHAUST MANIFOLDS (3 cylinders per turbo) SPECO BOOST GUAGE (new) THESE TURBOS CONSIST OF A T3 TURBINE SECTION, AND A T4 COMPRESSOR SECTION, THE TURBOS OFFER A FAST BOOST RESPONSE OF THE LIGHT WEIGHT T3 TURBINE WHEEL AND HIGH FLOW CHARACTERISTICS OF THE T4 COMPRESSORS, THE MANIFOLDS HAVE BEEN MADE TO SUIT THESE TURBOS TO AN EF/EL 4LT HEAD AND KEEP THEM UNDER BONNET HEIGHT, HAPPY BIDDING Dammit couldnt put ebay link in as item is sold so no piccies -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Select a picture

well by the looks they are MonSta turbos, which arent exactly the best turbos out there, i had one of the exact same turbos (external gate variant) i sold it and bought a genuine airesearch (garrett) t04. aparently the monsta turbos fail because they are sourced from diesel applications and are only good for about 800 degrees c, where as for ULP application they need to be able to handle about 1000 - 1200 degrees c. Hopefully they wont fail on you. Good luck

Geez its going to take a bit of puff to get both of TO4e's to spin.. they are bush bearing type? I use to have 1 of them on my EB.. but the garrett variant...
will be good to see another twin turbo e-series...

do yas reckon they will be ok? my mechanic thinks its not a good idea cos we dont know the brand and hooking up 2 will be extremely difficult. im starting to get that awful feeling inside like i just did something wrong.

the system has 2 seperate manifolds so that would mean getting a new amnifold made up and i dont really wanna do that.

I did the same thing, Bought a vortech supercharger kit off e-bay....really sweet untill I droped my carr and the kit off to the mechanics and 2 hrs later he called and said "do you own a Honda? because the supercharger is a anticlockwise unit"
My spirit was broken more than the $2500 dent in my bank balance. Just put them on for **** factor, then sell as a "working Kit" LOL some other sucker will buy it just like we did!!!!
