Apparently, this turbo kit was discussed on the FordXR5Turbo forums, and BlackLS said that the turbo/exhaust would hit the steering rack.

Also ECU flash with preloaded firmware would be useless

Only they don't come with preloaded firmware. "Included in the kit price is FREE dyno tuning support". Its comes with the Flash tuner so you can change tune easy

I highly doubt that the US duratec has the same ECU mapping as ours. But anyways.

From the site:
"FocusSport/SCT XCalibrator 2 ECU flasher WITH Stage 1 programming"
This means it comes with estimated tunes on it for the turbo installation.

Free dyno tuning support means that your XCal dyno tuner (that you pay for) can call up Focus Sport and get some pointers on some parameters that could be modified to extract more power from the base turbo tune that FocusSport supplied.

If you wanted tunes for turbo LS, talk with DreamScience in the UK like this guy in Taiwan
http://sctflash.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7918

If I were in the position where there was a turbo hanging off the engine, it would be straight to CAPA
