Capri Convertible softtop issue- help needed.

Hi I recently purchased an SE Capri. While it appears to have a new softtop its not quite right. The top doesnt mate to the lower part of the door glass and there are two unattached cables that I assume should be attached somewhere near the "B pillar area" but I cant work out were they are meant to attach and how to adjust them. Cheers
