Default What do you do at Uni/TAFE?

Hey everyone,

Was just curious what courses people here on the forums do and whereabouts they're studying. I'm doing a Bachelor of Business Information Systems at Deakin Uni.

What are others doing for study?

Currently doing "deferred for 6 months" : :sm_headba

But what I’m meant to be doing is my 2nd year of bachelor of engineering (Mechanical) at Swinburne in hawthorn.

If there's any swinny students here you'll probably see me around the uni as I’m the Vice president, and soon to be president of the waterskiing/wakeboarding club(suww)

Cheers

Been there done that, and I mean that literally. But that was many moons ago. Hard to believe I graduated over 5 years ago; actually it's hard to believe I graduated at all! Where does the time go???

AD in Electrical Engineering. Trying too anyway, it's hard to stay motivated especially when it's a subject that doesn't interest you.

Currently completed my pre-app in electrotechnology at Box Hill Institute. Well have failed one subject, but passed my 5 major ones to get 6 months off my schooling.

If anyone in Melbourne needs a 1st year electrical apprentice, please let me know. I'm very keen to start working and learning.

I'm still doing a double degree, Law and Business (management major) at Griffith Uni.

I say still because I am in my 4th year at uni and I am looking forward to doing this thing I heard of once, working full time. :P

Did 3.5 years of my 4 year Bach of Primary Education degree @ Deakin but pulled up stumps. Lost interest completely as the course is a theoretical garbage tip.

The final semester is filled with gratuitous assignments that do nothing to advance us as teachers. Merely a case of, "Gee, we should give them more work....doesn't matter what, but just do it!"

Now looking for work.
