Well, I get told its weird, but every Sunday and some Saturdays, Brekky is a "pie burger". A cheese and bacon pie shoved in a chesse and bacon roll. Yummy.

I was at work once and I had to deal with a topless drunk fat guy with a very pronounced beer gut.

While he was talking to us he was eating a piping hot meat pie, most of contents actually spilled onto his gut and slid down it and onto the floor.

I stood there and thought, "Jeez I feel like a curried meat pie with tomato sauce like so right now."

Funny thing was it happened at 3am and I got me meat pie afterwards.

Nah, Dump the tomato sauce, go with Chilli sauce (maggi make a good one) or 333's Mustard pickles, or Gherkin relish ... all these are great with peanut butter !!

Mars bars on thick toast, then under the griller yummo.
And when I was in the Army, Ice cream & tomato sauce was a treat.

nothing too weird about this but it still gets the best looks after a night out back in the old hometown.

there is a bakery about 50m from the local nightspot. out the back the door is open for the bakers to sell pastries while they're working. so on a saturday night mates and i would stumble out of the club, go around the back and buy a fresh uncut loaf of bread, and a meat pie smothered in tomato sauce.

from here you would rip off one end of the loaf, eat or discard, eat out the inside of the loaf to an extent, then shove the pie inside the shell of the loaf.

this is the pie sandwich, not very out there but still a good thing too have after a blinder of a night.

Yeah Icecream and French Fries is good- also works with Mc Donalds chicken nuggets

Cold Chips (like Smiths) on buttered bread is another winning combo

Definatley Hot chips in icecream. They are perfect match

I also like to put my satay and fried rice into bread and butter and eat it that way.

My son refuses to eat sauce of any description. I think that's weird.:hihi:

When my little bro was young. 3years to about 7 years , he hated to eat any vegetables, including mashed potatoes. Imagine NOT liking mashed spud !!!!!

Well he wouldnt touch any of it , till someone put Ice cream in and mixed it all together ! The lot was gone in no time !

Deep fried mars bars seem to be the latest thing at fish and chip shops. I had a bite of one once and will never go near one again. Just like eating grease, butter, fat, caramel and oil all at the same time.

When I went through the Maccas drivethrough, and ordered a McNugget Burger, they didn't give me one :(

That would have been mad.

if I'm really hungry I'll go a sandwich sandwich, basically a sandwich between 2 pieces of bread. If the cupboard is bare; a bread sandwich, a piece of bread between 2 pieces of bread will do

I have found since moving to Mackay is that the locals seem to prefer eating meat pies, paties, sausage rolls with worcester or bbq sauce rather than the traditional tomato sauce. I find this a bit strange just quietly! :alien2:

Also, some of them have mango on toast for breakfast, yet look at me strangely when I tell them I couldn't stomach it and prefer tomato on toast.
