Default Ba-bf 6 piston brembo calipers

I just recently purchased brembo 6piston calipers and Pbr upgraded rear for my fg ute and obviously don't fit. What do I need to buy / do to make them work on my fg ute.

Also need a quote on front pads and rotors and all braided lines
Any help would be much appreciated thanks

Sorry i didn't reply earlier i must have missed some notifications here.
FG Ute - Will need to know exact month and year or atleast see the car as they have 3 different hoses for these.
Full set of braided lines will cost you $290 and front rotors in DBA are $550 a pair and genuine are $600 a pair plus pads will set you back anything from $130 a set to $375.
The fronts should bolt up but you will need to double check as the caliper will sit in a different position and the brackets will need to be swapped from left to right and right to left. There are some pipe adapters you can buy at a ridiculous price of $150 a pair but they do help the conversion and look neater unless you can have some neat new crossover pipes made.
