LR central locking issue

Hi all

Have a LR Focus Zetec where the drivers side rear door has locked and won't unlock via the key fob, handle from the outside or handle/lock button from the inside.

Tried removing the fuse and unhooking the battery. No luck with either.

Anyone got any other ideas before attacking the door trim?

it sounds like internal mechanism issue or has child proof locking switch broken
