Hello, I'm replacing the ignition system in my car with new parts as the look old and I have no papers of when they were last renewed.
I am thinking of replacing the current coil (probably the original one) with the Bosch GT40, If anyone has used these, do they make a decent replacement? Anything I should know about with them? Thanks, James. |

Just make sure it's the GT40R not the GT40T.
one is for points and uses the resister the other is for electronic dizzy. My RS has a GT40R and works well.
