Question Difference between EB2 and ED Ghia's?

hey,

as the title suggests, what are the main differences between a EB2 Ghia and a ED Ghia?

cheers

good question...

front grill... not sure if the door handles are colour coded on eb's. i know eb fairmonts dont have colour coded door handles like ed's.

did EB2 Ghia's have a leather wrapped steering wheel?

this is really minor, but the metal in ED doors where the door trims screw to have the holes already for EF trims. EB's dont have this...

gawd the amount of threads you post up about sprints, wagons and ghias makes me think if your every goin to up grade to a new one wardy lol!!!

prity much both the same car, only thing you might find is different interior setups, besides all the other stuff thats been covered, ed had a different rocker gear setup to the ea-eb, but nothing to be of concern...

EA and all EB1's and very early EB2's have 14mm lifters. Later EB2 and ED's have 11mm lifters.

not sure what you mean there.. i've just put el ghia trims on my eb1 and all the trims fit in the exact same screw holes as the eb. the only holes i had to drill were for the door pulls and interior handle.

i think EF and EL door trims have different holes as well...
not sure but i think EA/EB/EL share holes, ED/EF share holes.

someone tell me otherwise if so :P
