Default Why forums are good

This is why forums are good, you can get some basic information so you don't get ripped off on eBay

If you buy two of his brand, you can expect a 24 rwKw increase for only 200 odd bucks.
That means the genuine ones at motortraders/ford at only 30 odd bucks are only worth 4rwkw as they are only all black.

The seller is probably still paying off the $100 a month for 3 years installments on his "supercar style" rear wing he bought from ebay last year :

Isn't Fordfan1982 a member on these forums? Actually, there's no fordfan1982, but there is a fordfan, fordfan2005, fordfan351 & fordfan86

Good luck to him if he can get $70 to $100 for Tickford snorkels. You are all just jealous you didn't think of it.

But he's not ripping anyone off. Ok, they are paying more buying them from him than if they bought them from ford, but he is not ripping them off. If he was claining that they were tickford cnorkels, then supplying stock snorkels with a tickford badge, then he woulod be ripping them off. The way ebay works, the buyer sets the price, not the seller, so the buyers are ripping themselves off, no-one else is. Though he does set starting price at $45 when you can get them from Ford for $27. Still, this is a good example of why it pays to research before you buy on ebay.

Heh heh. Currently up to 110. Look at the link to the bids. Its pretty much a bidding war between 2 people.

Its the same as a little while ago, someone was selling one of the scalextric sets you can buy for 185 bucks at super cheap auto. But they had one for sale on ebay, with a starting bid of $350!!!
Bet he didnt like it when i wrote how much it would have cost him under his listing!!!

the seller gets to choose if it goes on his advert, so i'd say that question would be one he'd try and keep off the add lol
