Mine goes strong to the cut out! It has its days though...... but usually, i slowly start to give mine some Rpm, then i plant it to the redline and into it..... goes great!

Teki, thats exactly what i like to do in second gear.
slowly let it rev till about 3.5 then just plant it, turns heads i agree. the Duratec also sounds soo much sweeter with a mild exhaust upgradeand a bit of intake. Dont you think Mista?!

heheh took her to the limiter today i wouldnt do it too often though, takes some time getting there but i would think the cut-out is quite soft, which is good, cause its not so jerky on the driveline, but you may not notice that youve hit it, which is bad and i did it with the my loud exhaust on, which essentially consists of a 2" pipe cat back the overrun burble you get from that is awesome at low revs, but it sounds bloody marvellous at 6700rpm bring on the next cruise : |

Was just having a looky over at the german ford website. They allready have a configurator setup for the facelift. Some of the new colours look interesting the grey looks nice on the ST.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO my fiesta will be "old" I knew there was a reason why it wasnt at the Sydney Motor Show! They were telling me "limited space"... but considering "sporty" sells, im sure there is a big surprise coming!
