Default au v8 fuel specs

Hi guys.

There was a v8 au ex-pursuit advertised on 'LPG only' (supposedly!?!?) this week. i was under the impression they were not optioned as straight gas so a conversion or a typo maybe??

Anyways I'm curious to know what economy would be like on gas, compared to an I6?

It's pretty cheap so no doubt it'd be a bit of a paddock basher :hihi: .

Cheers,
Ian

I get between 13 and 16 l per 100km on petrol. Gas can be up to 30% more, so bank on somewhere around 20 l per 100km.

Based on 16l per 100km, it costs me $20.80 to do 100km. On gas at 20l, this would be just short of $10 (gas at 50c per litre). I think the maths speaks for itself.
