Can't wait to see the sedan! Have always thought the LS/LT hatch was a little on the conservative side...

Hey btw Teki

Still nothing on the radical LS

The LU doesn't really knock my socks off. Don't like the front end and the 3 spoke wheel. Alloys are nice, don't like the weird bump/crease on the tailgate at all.

I like it. Not sure on the front grill though. Needs a sportier look and different wheels IMO

Pricing wouldnt deviate too much from what the current ones are, but who knows what the situation would be like. If its March in the UK/Europe, can count on about 6 months later before the South African factory comes online. So 12 months from now.

Has anyone picked up on the rear number plate surround, plaque, and Ford badge in the hatch? - it looks exactly the same as on the original Mk1 Focus.

Will it be coming here? i didnt think it would, as we just got the LT focus facelift, while Europe will be getting this. From what I've heard, we wont get any updates until the Focus is made here.

If that was the case then the river will run dry on small cars in Aus. The Ls was only 18 months to 2 years old... Mitsubishi have had 3 series on their 380 in 3 years... There will be another update next year sometime just in time for Christmas.

isn't the 2008 focus a turbocharged diesel?, which would make the price above $20000?

Finally a car that makes the AU Falcon look handsome.

Been looking for a replacement for a SP20, I can now cross the Focus off the list:

True... but that Focus is soooooooo UGLY I had to compare it to the ugliest thing I could think of. The designer should be shot.

Looks ok,

Seems all you need to do is change bonnet, front bar and rear bar and my car got 3 years newer! as for the Golf dash with nav? hmm. id think twice. hopefully by now theyre not so tight and have finally put a rear seat light in the back seat! what a pain in the *** that is.
