Default 2012 Focus Heater Core replacement

Getting a RWC done for my 2012 Ford Focus and the mechanic just quoted over to $4k. Wanting to get an idea if this is reasonable for what he is saying needs to be done:

Heater Core Replacement - $2500
Suspension Strut work - $900
Aircon cabin sensor - $600
Wiper blades, parking bulbs and indicator bulbs - approx $200
RWC - $280

2-3 weeks is the timeframe he has given.

Any help would be appreciated. Trying to sell the car because I'm moving overseas and this is throwing a huge spanner in the works.
