Default my new kit and rims

gday guys

here is an update on my falcon.

i bought this elxr kit for my ef with intentions of sprayin it green but i actually thought it looked really good in two tone so i left it and just fitted it straight up.

so then i sold up my rims and got some champaign el gt's with a set of wide 255's in the rear to match with the gold. im just spewin that they only come in 17's. i am happy with them but now im thinkin i wanna go chrome 19's. not a big fan of chrome but im thinkin big deep dish.

ive just started to do some colour coding aswell. im colour coding a few exterior items, dont wanna go over the top too much as it will just look crap with over kill.
so far ive done the strip under the window where the wiper arms connect to and next im thinkin about doin the rubbers around the quarter panel indicator. i am also going to do some painting under the bonnet.
probly the only last thing on the exterior to do will be running a pin stripe alonside the car. maybe about 5mm-7mm in thickness

still alot more to come with the interior. one of my best mates is/was an interior designer for erupt concepts, hehehe..... but thats a suprise later down the track...

well anyway let me know what u think and if u have any ideas please post them up...

cheers,
dave

looks good, you could always try painting half way up the doors, SVO style and see how that looks??? (or photoshop first).
Gold engine highlights will look wicked... do it!!!

It's crying out for a set of gold rims now (not the champagne colour of the EL GTs). I reckon it looks pretty cool.

i reckon paint the lower half of the doors the whole way around, and change the top colour to a dark colour, not green, grey or black even... might need a photoshop first :P

+1 for painting it. Sorry mate but that looks horrible that colour. If it was green then it'd look hot.

Either paint the car gold, or the kit green (to match the car). Though if you painted the kit dark grey, the 2 tone thing would work - it's just that gold colour is puke inducing!

i know this car. i work about 4 doors down (opposite side) from where this car sits during the day.
at first i thought wow thats different. and it did stand out which is good.
however after seeing it a fews days in a row....i dunno....maybe body colour would look better.

but in the end its your ride and if you like it then keep it.
