Default What does PULP really mean?

Guys,
I have noticed lately that a lot of people use pump gas when claiming certain HP acheivements BUT what do they actually mean??

I use PULP. For me, it means i can drive up to the servo and wack in BP98 (best up this way) and drive/race.
And no bottles of "magic" in the tank either.

Nothing wrong with a little controversy!! I know exactly where to buy PULP!,just would like to keep the term as honest as it should be!!

Guess its the same thing as when someone says street car but the scoop is almost over the windscreen.

Question:

Are you seeking clarification on the acronym PULP or are you looking for clarification on the concept of what is puMp fuel?

Thread title and first post appear to be inconsistent.

i thought both were pretty obvious,

PULP premium unleaded petrolem/petrol
PUMP meaning out of a bowser and not NOS/av gas/whatever else

thats what i thought anyways
