I don't often do this, but I think this deserves it, considering most of us would rather whinge
about stuff. In brief, I purchased a set of second hand springs and shocks from an Ebay seller. When it arrived, I noticed a problem with the rear springs, they were different length (30mm). I phoned the seller, and he said he'd get another spring. At this point I was made aware they were a business and dealer for Lovells. Long story short, a week or so later, I had a brand new pair of rear springs on my doorstep. This was way more than expected, and perhaps even unnecessary, however very much appreciated and fantastic service. Thanks to Darren from - http://cartechsteeringandsuspension.com I have no affiliation with them and hadn't even heard of them up until a couple weeks ago. .
