Default Escort Front struts

Hi all
I have a 76 escort van that has a 2.0 fitted to it but it is not the original engine. I believe it may have had a 1600 in it originally. I am pretty sure the front struts are bent and want to replace them. My question is, how interchangeable are the front struts. If I get a set of struts off, say an RS2000 or something like that, will I need to change disc rotors or will the hubs be the same and enable me to use the original ones. Also, can you get a ventilated dis for these or upgrade them in some way from the solids?
Just trying to work this out.

Thanks in advance.

RS2000 has small top mounts, your 76 model will be large top mounts (all model Escorts changed in '77 from memory) - the mounts are interchangeable so you would need to use your old ones. 1600 had smaller diameter springs and strut tubes than the 2 litre. Brakes interchange - check SMCKA for vented rotors and calliper spacer kit
