Hi Guys & Gals,

Just a reminder that pre-registration closes on Sunday the 3rd of Feb (that's this coming Sunday!)

We have allocated 25+ car spots for the ORSM club, however as of today there is only 15 entered. If that's all that is coming then that's OK, but we'll have to scale down the size of your allotment to suit because space is at a premium!

Here's the link: http://www.trybooking.com/Booking/Bo...aspx?eid=38608

Also, I need 2 volunteers to join the judging team. Those interested, please let me know.

Cheers,
Tony Porter

Congrats on all for a great day, the club display looked fantastic and all cars entered were also of a super high quality. Well done to all those that won. Thanks to those that organised a great show and what is the best Ford Car show in the country. The only thing I am disappointed in is the fact my car was beaten by a vehicle, of super high quality, but ineligible to be in my FPV category, as the vehicle was not an FPV. Sort of reminds me of an FPV day where an XR6 Turbo won best FPV. The judges obviously doing the category know little about modern Fords...

What's even more surprising is the amount of people who don't know what sort of car they own.........

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the great wrap!!!!!! We had one of the most fun days out of all the shows we have done in recent years it's a relief to spend the day with great guys, the teamwork and togetherness of all the club members is second to none and I am proud to have made the right choice in joining the club. Thanks to all the guys who made us feel extremely welcome on the day and I'll catch all you guys at the next club meeting.

I know what car i drive and Kiwanis admitted they have made a error. The trophy is coming your way. Judges should know the vehicles they are judging which now makes me wonder i may have missed out in my own category.

The error Kiwanis made was not picking up the error you made initially by entering your car in the wrong category.
The judges themselves are volunteers from car clubs such as this one.
I'm sure you would have done well in the correct category, but unfortunately that is a question that now cannot ever be answered.
