Report it to the police - that is assault.

However, I would seek a self help remedy - i.e. If you know you are being unreasonable when you take off, how about you ease up a bit. After all you have to live there and ****ing off neighbours - bikies, mechanics, accountant whatever - is not fair.

On the other hand, he's a moron so he's not going to understand the concept of a constructive conversation, so obviously his first reaction was to use force. And seriously, as some other members have mentioned, do you think if he had the backing of people who would without question cause you harm, he would advertise so blatantly.

Sound like a fun group NOT (from http://www.ozbiker.org/index.php?opt...tpage&Itemid=1)

Quote:
Monday, 29 January 2007
Four senior members of the Nomads motorcycle club have been arrested and charged after another member broke the "code of silence" and became a police informer. The club's national president, Scott Orrock, and his predecessor, Greg Craig, appeared in court before Christmas. Also appearing were the president of the Nomads' Parramatta chapter, Hassan "Sam" Ibrahim, and the head of the Sydney West chapter, Paul Griffin. They face charges ranging from attempted murder to assault, grievous bodily harm and riot and affray.

The informer is Dale Campton, a former sergeant-at-arms in Newcastle. The Sunday Telegraph newspaper has obtained the NSW Police fact sheet, tendered in court, which describes how the arrests came about. It gives an account of an alleged internal dispute between Nomads in Sydney and Newcastle.

Newcastle Court heard Sydney members believed their colleagues were "not properly catering for the financial needs" of a jailed member and his family. The man is serving a 32-year jail term. Police allege the two groups agreed to discuss their differences at the Newcastle clubhouse on September 12, 2004. But the locals were ambushed by "a large group of at least 20 Parramatta members". Police allege this included Sam Ibrahim, 41, the chapter president. The court heard that in the resulting brawl, two Newcastle Nomads were bashed and shot. One of them was Campton, the then sergeant-at-arms, who was wounded in the left and right knees. He also suffered a fractured cheek and nose. The fact sheet says he was then stripped of his club colours.

Police said when they started investigating in 2004 they were met with a wall of silence. "To such degree, that when police initially arrived at the scene, a member of the Newcastle chapter was hosing down victims' blood from the paved courtyard area," the fact sheet says.

Police allege Campton was threatened between 2004 and 2006 in relation to paying $70,000 in cash to Ibrahim. Police allege that, fearful for his safety, Campton made a statement in May last year in which he described the brawl. Shortly after, conversations between Campton and gang members were electronically recorded. The fact sheet says Campton will give evidence he saw Ibrahim point a handgun at the chest of a Newcastle Nomad "and pull the trigger several times". "The firearm was jammed ... Campton heard Ibrahim ask aloud for another firearm."

The boss of the Sydney West chapter, Griffin, is facing charges of grievous bodily harm and attempting to steal $70,000 from Campton. Ibrahim and Orrock remain in custody, while the others have been bailed

Just be carefull. You know what these sorts of guys are capable of.
Steer out of their way, and make it simple.
You end up letting them win, but basically you have no choice.
If you contact the police, it wont matter too much, because they simply don't care.

Sydney's deadly bikie turf war
By Marnie O'Neill February 11, 2007 12:00

THE murder of a drug runner with bikie connections triggered an execution, a kidnap, a suicide and a drive-by shooting at a nightclub, it can now be revealed.

Bandidos associate Milad Sande, 29, was shot dead in 2005 as he delivered $2 million worth of pseudoephedrine to a top-ranking Bandido, known as Mr X, his son, Mr Y, another Bandido, Mr Z, and a fourth man, Mr W. The identities of the men, who have yet to be charged with murder, are well known in the outlaw motorcycle fraternity, but they cannot be named for legal reasons.

Well-placed sources said the drugs were stolen by the four and stored by Mr Z, who returned to Sydney 12 months ago after a stint at his home on the NSW mid-north coast. The Sunday Telegraph understands the only reason the four remain alive is because they survived a series of painful, and expensive, payback rituals carried out by top-ranking Nomads members in succeeding weeks. Now the intricate details of the quest to avenge Sande's death can be revealed.

Sande was a man with powerful underworld connections. His death triggered a series of bloody events across Sydney. His cousin, Danny Sande, is president of the Bandidos Blacktown chapter. Milad Sande's uncle, also named Milad, was one of Sydney's biggest heroin dealers and appeared before the Wood Royal Commission.

Sande's good friends included Nomads chief, Sam Ibrahim, and his brother, Michael, who is a Nomads associate. Sam Ibrahim expressed anguish about Sande's slaying several times during conversations with The Sunday Telegraph.

In the weeks that followed Sande's slaying, Mr X, Mr Y and Mr W were dragged into one of the Nomads' Sydney clubhouses and beaten and tortured. Only Mr Z, the mid-north coast man, escaped the thrashing. However, he is now an ex-Bandido. Mr X was then stripped of his rank, colours and Harley Davidson by Bandidos' downtown president, Rodney Monk, a man who had strong allies within the Nomads.

Monk was once photographed with millionaire businessman Mark Alexander-Erber, who had links to Sydney's Bandidos bikie gang, and his then-girlfriend, Amber Petty, who was a bridesmaid for Princess Mary of Denmark. As part of their quest for revenge, Nomads leaders took over security at the trendy Gas nightclub which, at the time, was owned by Mr X. They ordered him to employ Nomads security guards - or else.

In February 2006, Mr Y - the son of Mr X - was kidnapped and tortured, allegedly in a joint Bandidos and Nomads operation. It is understood a $300,000 ransom was demanded - and paid. On April 20 last, Monk was assassinated in a dark alley in the heart of East Sydney, metres from Little Italy restaurant patrons. His killer, Bandido Russell Oldham, shot him once in the head before going on the run.

Oldham was described as a gentle giant with a hot temper who was smart enough to have pursued a career as a doctor. Monk's girlfriend, Stephanie Roman, later recalled Oldham and Monk had greeted each other with a kiss and an embrace minutes before the murder. While Oldham was in hiding, Kings Cross Police Superintendent Mark Murdoch appealed to bikies to let police deal with him.

A former member of the Bandidos told The Sunday Telegraph at the time that "the best thing Russell can do for himself is top himself. That way he avoids torture and a very slow, painful death''. On May 11, as he stood in water at Balmoral Beach, Oldham shot himself in the head. Soon after being forced to hire Nomads security guards at Gas, Mr X sold the establishment.

The new owners baulked at the security arrangements they had inherited. They got rid of the Nomads and hired a new security firm. But they paid a price. Last August, the club was sprayed with up to 35 bullets. A handgun, a shotgun and a rifle were believed to have been used in the attack, which caused $25,000 damage. None of the 200 patrons inside the club was injured.

Membership of motorcycle gangs in Australia is rapidly expanding, along with their growing interest in organised crime and weapons smuggling. The Australian Crime Commission (ACC) announced last week that a national task-force had been set up to target them. The total number of fully patched bikie members and associates is now thought to exceed 10,000 nationally.

According to ACC intelligence, 35 clubs now operate in Australia, 18 of them in NSW. The Sunday Telegraph has been told that Mr X is now trying to start a new chapter of the Hells Angels and that his son, Mr Y, is likely to follow.

Meanwhile, police are still hunting for Hells Angel Wayne Schneider, wanted over the shooting of a bouncer outside the Sapphire Suite nightclub, Kings Cross, in February last year. A spray of bullets hit the bouncer in the leg and grazed a woman standing in a queue. Several Hells Angels face charges over the incident. Schneider, 28, is believed to have been the triggerman.

Tit-for-tat shootings followed the Sapphire Suite incident in at least two states. They involved members of the Hells Angels, the Nomads and the Finks. On March 16, a Nomad was shot outside the Men's Gallery in Pitt St, allegedly by a Hells Angel who had defected from the Finks.

Ten days later, the Nomads' national president, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, was injured when shot inside the Showgirls club in Kings Cross after a stoush with a non-bikie. The shots were allegedly fired by fellow Nomads who had tried to come to his assistance.

Anyone with information on outlaw bikie gangs can call CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
I'd say you have good reasons to be concerned if not scared and the Police will know if the matter should be left alone by them or not and will likely know the individual involved and if he is a real threat to your safety.

I know this is going to seem steriotypical and has alot of discrimination but they should arrest everyone who are in these groups, tests them for drugs and the ones who are positive should be locked up. how do they even make money? alot of them don't have jobs but they are able to move from house to house and ride nice bikes. Its obvious DRUGS!. Forget crackdown on terrorist, they should crack down on known gangs.

Nobody should be arrested for being a member of a 'group' simply because of 'dislike' of them and their lifestyle by one part of society. We have a right to go about our business in this country unhindered, and inherited that right.

We may do so UNLESS we individually come under notice, or as an organised group for law contravention. That does not mean all members of the group necessarily come under notice or are guilty.

In the fair dinkum department, some generalisations you've made re employment and activity. Some of it will be accurate, some of it - not.

At the end of the day, several key authorities keep a close eye on the activities of such groups and individuals, the National Crime Authority being one.

And make no mistake, 'the state' is always stronger, and in that respect, is appropriate.

Good and bad in all crowds. In this case, the humouros individual has made threat, the actions in turn are clear, behave - if he has not done so when departing his house/street, AND report the incidence so that it at least is entered, done not necessarily to get 'action'. Now, if by some perverted miracle, police refuse to note this, or otherwise help, he can ring his local MP's electoral office for help.

Flipping the guy off will only make him mad, as it is, being cocky/brazen as it seems he is, he could either be a fruitloop, or genuinely ****ed at OP's on road behaviour.

Unless you owe them money or duped them on a drug deal, its unlikely you'll be found dead at the bottom of the river with cement sand shoes. At worst he''ll probably just try and further intimidate you.
Gang members rarely ever attack outsiders just for the hell of it. Look at the news articles, they all involve each other.

I'd take a slab of crownies around to his place as a peace offering, and tell him you'll take it easy in the street from now on.
Much better to be on his good side early in the piece if he's just moved in.

What about all these hot rods and customs out there that are way louder than that. I know mine is alot louder than should be and is louder than most of the bikes at my local club, but they love that about the car, not hate it. There must be more to this story than a loud exhaust, maybe the way its driven?

Mate, theese guys are extremley bad news, some of you are really underestimating what they can/will do to the poor guy and/or his family. As suggested if you can change your "loud" driving then do so, otherwise a peace offering may be a good idea. Whatever you do, do not retaliate ect. as things will get bad, fast.

I'm 50:50 about going to the cops, it has the potential to just make things much worse.

dont do what the keyboard warriors said dont get 50 million cars in the street just do as he says he's probably got half a dozen rifles and pistols in his house. i knew a bikie that owned and carried hand grenades. these people are very dangerous. do as your told and dont object as much as you might hate it.
dont put on a smart *** attitude or ask questions just take it easy

I should add it would probably be a good idea to go onto a bike forum and ask for advice as there are people there that would know exactly what to do, having been in those sorts of clubs themselves. Good luck.

Some of the "advice," people in this thread have given is a prime way to get yourself beaten up, crippled, possibly killed, your car destroyed, your house severily vandalised, God knows what happening to your family etc. And you know the funny part? NONE of the people who were giving said "advice," would react that way in real life. They would ALL cower to him, bend over and say, "Yes sir, may I have another?" :
