to get the facia out you pull the ash tray there are 2 screws behind it and then pull the radio there are 2 screws in the side of that hole towards the top at an angle pull all these screws and then the thing just pulls off there are a heap of metal clips if any of these stay in the dash pull them out and fit them back in to the facia that it all there is to it

those clips cost about $4 each from Ford so dont go absolutley beserk on it
