Work for a council, I wish ... I am just interested because I travel on citylink a lot and I have many times been actually ****ed off when I still heard the beeps but my car was travelling 30km/hour. I thought it would been wiser to go via Bulla RD.

I reckon it will work well, especially when heading out to the airport. The roads will probably need more lanes before too long, but it should be much less of a restriction than the old roads.

Haven't driven it yet though.

YES its very good!

Although in the morning the Calder still backs up forever and a day, so theres still something to be done.

The issue was that if you needed to get off at the the Bulla Rd exit, you had to kamakazie your way across two lanes of traffic that were coming from the airport, and they all usually wanted to come into your lane, it was chaos.

So many times Ive seen near accidents or rear enders there, not any more.
