bobbyboy94 - Hey, how are you? My Territory is the same as yours, 06 Ghia 7 seater. I've had my LPG system just over 4years now. I always had the spare wheel back in the boot (3rd row seat down). I never had to use the spare tyre. So the pass few months i decided to pop in Repco and buy the tyre gel repair kit with the 12v air compressor, Its a seal kit for puncture tyres. Small package, easy to use and save alot of boot space. And always check your tyres every 3 months (tread wear & tyre pressure).
Hope this helps.

[QUOTE=AU GONE BAD]umm seems you have just about done most of what i can think of
i mean coil check !
leads check !
spark plugs check!

umm only thing i can suggest is maybe blown intake gasket but ya said ya did the head on it so its very highly unlikely

maybe ecu running bad or dirty injectors
or even a eng crank sensor in some fords they had a airflow meter that might also be worth a shot !!![/
Cheers for the advice.i will check it out when I get home and get back to you

Ah! Here I am! Navigating a new site was never my forte. Yep, I'm a newbie, not only to this forum but also to Ford. I figured at 67 I'd better get one before I cark it. I've had just about everything else. Mine is an oldie but a goodie... a '93 XG XR6 ute. My older bro has been a Ford man since Adam was in shorts but I was never convinced. Now I am. It's a very pleasant car to drive. I live on the Mid North Coast so I travel the new Pacific Hwy quite a bit, and the ute just sails along effortlessly.

But it's a tub ute and I need a trayback. I just bought a slide-on camper. So who knows what's next! Meanwhile, g'day and thanks for the welcome.

Thanks for the positive comments.

Are you able to steer me towards threads that will assist in rebuilding a 1981 xd.
Anyone who has done it, or a similar basket case to daily driver status?

Regards

Hello forum. Been lurking for a while and used the forum to help pick my new (used) Territory.
2006 Ghia in black (7 seater)

I wanted to introduce my self and to thank everyone who has contributed. Without you I would have had a hard time diagnosing my central locking fault, installation of my Parrot bluetooth unit and other minor issues.

Had the car for about 6 months now and love it. Tows my boat without issues and great for our expanding family.

Once again thanks and I promise to be more active now I've had some time with the girl.

Hi everyone.

Been here for awhile but prefer to just browse the threads.

Always been a Ford man and have had various Fairmonts over the years.
Since 03, have had a XWGT in the garage.

Gday all, thought I'd drop in and introduce myself.
As the name suggests, I'm from over the other side of the ditch, living in Auckland, and have been a Ford fan since my dad had a '65 Fairlane compact (new).
These days I've been rolling around in an 2.6 Audi A4, but I have a plan to drop a small block Ford in it and create a Fordi - just because I can, however I'll have to buy the wife another car first

I'm also a huge bike nut and currently have a SV1000S and two FZR 750 / 1000 race bikes, which seem to be staying in the shed more and more since the last incident of talent exceeding ability (I fell off - again...)

Anyway, thanks to every one for jointly building a great site, and I've got no doubt I'll be dropping in once in a while and either asking obvious questions or putting my 2c in where it's not needed
