Default Tattslotto

Well checked the tattslotto results and guess what, I didn't win anything again. :hihi:

Has anyone on the forums won tattslotto and if so how much?

Well, I have won Gold lotto 3 times. $50, $33.90 and one last week at $24 odd. Not great by any stretch of the imagination, but I have won more then I have spent on the tickets.

Yup. July 31, 2006. Got the call in class at uni. I must be a nerd, I stayed for another 30 mins (it was a maths class!) before I realised I wasn't really concentrating on the class, so I finally left early to celebrate.

Our syndicate won around $1.2 million, the pic below was my share. The dude who lead the syndicate had the $1.2m in his account for 3 days and got $700 interest in that time lol

Still got most of it left, I don't really have anything to put it towards yet.

Imagine winning 1.2mil. That would be sensational.

My dad got 5 straight twice many years ago. Quick picks

On the monday night he got 5 straight. The number he missed on was number 15. Number that came out was number 16. So anyway, along comes Wednesday night's draw. He gets 5 straight again. He missed on number 15 again. The number that came out was number 16. So it was kinda like Dejavu.

I said to him after the Wednesday night draw, that not really be a superstitious person, but after what happened first time round, if you looked at your ticket and saw you have #15 again, wouldn't you just take out another ticket and use the numbers from the games you have #15 and then just put in number 16 as well. Just incase.

Anyway, he never and he missed the 6.

Talking $1.2 Million - Split 23 ways....

April 2000 - Our work syndicate (which had been running a whole two months), won the NSW Gold Lotto $1.2 million jackpot... The only winners ! :

Collected $43,478.26 each : : :

That was a sh!t load of $$ in 2000 !!!

Used it as a deposit on my first house.

Are we talking Hugh Hefner/Arab Polygamy or Tasmanian/Utah Polygamy?

Good friends of mine won $650K on Powerball in late 1989.

They bought a nice neat house
Bought 2 new cars - A Celica and a Rodeo
They gave some away to family
Set up a landscaping business with the brother-in-law to keep him on the straight and narrow - (didn't work went bust)
Put their daughter in a private school

They did well with the house and it set them up nicely for the 1990's. Caused a great deal of stress within their extended family though.

It's a shame how money can cause so much trouble eh Ringo.

Our syndicate organiser stopped all tatts stuff after our win, because a lot of "regulars" who didn't dedicate nor pay up on the day before the draw complained when they didn't receive a share of the winnings and there was a LOT of tension at work between the haves and have nots. To add to the controversy, he had put in one share himself ($2... come on!) for a workmate whose wife was in hospital at the time (before it was drawn) so his workmate's wife's surgery was covered for when we won.

Any of you people out there contemplating arranging syndicates at work: make sure you cover EVERYTHING before entering a draw, coz it'll come back to curse you.

Yep I won $13.209 early last year on tattslotto! Its funny cause I was with a freind at a coffe shop and said I should go check my lotto at the newsagents nearby. He laughed and asked me how much I wasted on my ticket ! Anyways I went to check and he tagged along and was flicking thru some car mags when I was told I may have won lotto! I didnt have my ticket on me, just my tatts card, so they couldnt tell me which division I'd won, Turns out it was div 2 ! Div 1 was $802.000 or there abouts! Still $13.000 is still a nice earner!

In 1997 my grandmother had finished watching her Saturday night lotto. She checked the numbers and assumed it was another losing ticket and threw it in the bin. (how on earth she did that is beyond me) Monday morning came and lotto was on the phone telling her she had won a 1st division amount of 1.6 Mill. If she didnt have one of them lotto cards it would have gone unclaimed.
