Default WHAT was your OTHER CHOICES when getting the fiesta???

Well, i REALLY wanted a PEUGEOT 306 XSi 2001 model... in silver or black. They just look so good, esp with the sunroof! Also had a look at the HOLDEN BARINA SRI, but i just thought i couldnt live with owning a beep beep barina....

I looked at so many Peugeots, but the fact of owning a 2nd hand car wasnt sticking with my parents... so the Fiesta it was!

I looked at:

* Focus SR (wasnt keen on it)
* 2nd hand 3dr Focus Zetec (waay overpriced)
* Fiesta LX brand new (too small)
* AU2 Fairmont
* Astra (god no, awful, awful interior)
* Barina (too small)
* Peugeot (I like them a lot but a little too much $$)

Then the perfect Focus for me came in so I bought it .

Howdy,

I initially looked at the

Mitsubishi Lancer ES (Brand New - too expensive)
Subaru Impreza RS (Brand New - too expensive)
Ford Fiesta Zetec (ok when i saw this baby i nearly creamed. It was in Aquarious, 17 inch ford rims, ford body kit, every single option, tints, was a reps car, had 8thousand ks on the clock all for $18000)
Ford Focus CL ( Second hand with 24000k but parents said no)
Volksvagon Golf Convertible

Anyways i am very happy with the fez and have no regrets.

Cheers

Damian

I was going to get a BA Falcon XR6 Turbo MkII but one thing lead to another and I got the Fiesta Zetec instead. I am really gald tho, the zetec is an awesome car for the money. But come end of lease, hopefully and F6 Tornado will be parked in the driveway, unless the Fiesta ST comes here so I might consider that.

looked at all the small cars Jazz (yuck), Getz (crappy), Pulsar(awful) Astra (couldnt bring myself to drive a Holden).

Went in one afternoon to the local ford place took a fiesta for a drive and paid cash for it on the spot. Car salesman was amazed as I am female married and didnt have the hubby with me...(my car, my choice)...He kept on asking if I wanted to ring my husband to make sure...
