I nearly had a Rare Spares reproduction courtesy light switch burn my XB Ute to the ground, when you go back they just get the deer in the headlight look and shrug their shoulders saying, 'they never seen this issue before, must be the way I used it.'

If you persist they get snotty and no longer want to deal with you.

When they got bought out by GPC Asia Pacific was the start of the end, it got way worse.

That ridiculous warranty process and dramas are by design, it's specifically to discourage you from making claims.
