I do so because he is. It's not a recent opinion and it's backed up with a long history of his buffoonery. I wasn't aware that the US elections were decided upon which intelligence agencies voted for him?! There has been intelligence leaks that were negative to Trump, they were written off as fake news. The Steele dossier, for example, has *a lot* of unconfirmed but concerning claims. The source is someone worthy of not simply writing off as a kook, though. I believe some of the claims have since been verified. Oh please let that pee tape be true.

That doesn't mean he is incapable of making good decisions. The 'Make America Great Again' is an inspired platform to work off and it continues to play well to those who still support him. A diet of Fox News and a retort of 'fake news' for anything negative against him and you've got people who'll follow him to the ends of the Earth, oblivious of the chaos currently engulfing the White House.

I don't really care what damage he causes in the US - I'm more concerned about his actions that extend outside of his borders.. his stance on climate change being one, and his itchy finger wanting to set off real big explosions being the other. Unconfirmed claims asking a foreign policy advisor three times about nukes.. 'if we have them, why can't we use them'. I truly hope that's a bogus claim.

That's not very alpha of him

He is going to give a speech to Muslim leaders. I'll be very impressed and pay huge credit if he can get through this without either embarrassing himself or insulting them.

Straight over your heads...

My point was if Trump is dumb as you say he is, and that there was collusion with Russia to rig the elections so he would win, how did he out-smart 16 different intelligence agencies??? And not only that, he rigged it in a way so Hillary won the popular vote and flipped the exact states he needed.....come on....

The mainstream media is still in a state of disbelief that despite all their vilification of Trump and covering up of Hillary Clinton’s crimes and corruption last year they still were not able to get her elected to the Presidency. This was due to the fact that the American people were finally awake to the media’s agenda thanks to rise of the independent alternative media on the internet which had the ability to counteract the mainstream media’s misinformation during the election. The internet also gave citizens the ability to fact check stories themselves as raw footage of political developments could easily be obtained.

In their spiral towards irrelevancy, with their revenues and readerships declining the mainstream media is determined to go down fighting. Their most important goal now it would appear is to destroy the Presidency of Donald Trump, the man they blame for the current situation they find themselves in. Aided by their allies in the deep state and using their connections with establishment politicians they have pushed the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy for months now.

This involves the fanciful claim that the Russians were responsible for the Wikileaks emails release which revealed the very true information that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee rigged the primary in favour of her over Bernie Sanders. It also revealed the Clinton Foundation’s connections to corrupt Middle Eastern Islamic regimes and what she really thought of the American people.

Not only that but it’s alleged that members of the Trump campaign team colluded with Russian intelligence officials to assist in spreading out fake news about Hillary Clinton through social media trolls (yet we’re labelled the conspiracy theorists). Let’s not forget the infamous ‘****gate’ allegation that Trump was being blackmailed by the Russians over a fetish sex tape.

Julian Assange, the head of WikiLeaks, has already denied that the emails came from Russia and former National Intelligence Director James Clapper has said there is no evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with the Russians. The actual reality of where the emails came from is that they were given to WikiLeaks by DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was mysteriously murdered shortly after the material went public. Rich was just another victim of what is known as the Clinton body count yet this was ignored by the mainstream media.

The Russian collusion narrative went cold for while in the aftermath of the Syria strikes as Trump took political action directly contrary to Russian interests (which on reflection appeared to be a 5D chess move by Trump). But ever since Trump fired FBI Director James Comey last week the mainstream media not just began promoting the Trump-Russia narrative again but turbocharged it. CNN launched a special section of their website dedicated to exploring Trump’s alleged Russian connections.

According to the mainstream media, the neocons and now the left we are instructed to accept at face value that Russia is the new great Satan. They are described as a foreign adversary to the United Stated yet it is never explained to us why this is the case. Although Russia does not have a good human rights record it has been a much better defender of the values of western civilisation such as the importance of the family, is low tax and also has picked up the fight against radical Islam around the world while the rest of the free world has dropped the ball.

Trump for wanting positive relations with such a country is viewed as compromising American interests and he and his advisors having meetings with anyone from Russia is somehow viewed as sinister. As Sean Spicer said recently is the President using Russian salad dressing somehow a Russia connection? Trump confidante Roger Stone highlighted the lunacy of this frenzy by saying he may have had contact with somebody from Russia out of the thousands of people he deals with.

Following Comey’s firing, which was justified given the circus he had turned the FBI into over the on again off again investigation into Hillary’s email server, the media pounced on the fact that Comey wanted to conduct his own Russia inquiry but would you really trust him to not turn it into another sideshow? Plus doesn’t the FBI have better things to do like catching real criminals and terrorists in the United States?

Trump, wanting to put positive relations with Russia back on the agenda hosted Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak at the White House a few days later. Meeting officials from foreign governments at the White House is something a US President should do, as Trump had just done with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. But again, because it is Russians this time the media reports the meeting as sinister.

After Trump’s meeting with Lavrox and Kislyak another deep state leak to the mainstream media occurred with the Washington Post reporting that Trump shared classified information with the pair. We are yet again told to accept on the face of it that this is sinister yet as Trump himself said on Twitter he is entitled to share relevant information to foreign governments if it assists that nation achieve a mutually beneficial outcome like defeating Islamic terrorism.

However, the past day the media frenzy has now reached dangerous levels following yet another deep state leak this time to the New York Times alleging without verified proof that Trump tried to shut down an FBI probe into his former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn (Flynn was the first deep state scalp in the Trump Administration). Commentators on American cable news have called this obstruction of justice and have now even said this is grounds for impeachment.

This talk from the mainstream media is now beyond them just spreading fake news, it is an orchestrated attempt to influence US politicians to carry out the removal of a democratically elected President of the United States they don’t like. No one should have this power but it is proof that there is still a ruling elite in charge of US politics.

But the media has form on this. They successfully brought down another President they did not like in Richard Nixon with their sensationalising of the minor Watergate scandal, it was minor in comparison to some of the other scandals involving US Presidents but yet Nixon is the only one forced to resign. It took the media five and half years to bring down Nixon, it is taking them now less than a year to sense they may have a chance to do the same with Trump.

The mainstream media may be dying but they are still very powerful and influential. It’s time for the American people to be heard once again, warn your lawmakers there will be serious repercussions if you enable to the removal of the people’s elected President by bending to the will of the elites. Everybody knew it wouldn’t be easy for Trump to drain the swamp, the swamp is now attempting to engulf him and it should not be allowed to happen.

It will be interesting to hear Comey next month considering he's already testified under oath no one ordered him to scale back, stop or change the Trump/Russia link.

If he produces his notes or memo as evidence there was interference he'll have committed perjury.

Lets see.

My point is still valid regardless of context. Trump was the bloke who said the election was rigged before the vote even happened and it sure made him look like a bit like a goose when he won. That's a pretty special situation to be in

The claims to Russia pertain to influence in the election campaign. It would be scary if anyone let alone a foreign country actually rigged the US election.

Excellent in depth analysis of what has happened over the past 6 months.

There are those cartoon posters on this thread that will not be able to read more than 1 line, let alone understand what you have posted. Truth and fact have no place on this thread, the moderators may take your post down.

They may just ignore you post or claim "Alternative Facts " !

You still need to explain the relevance.. intelligence agencies don't vote for a President, the American people do. That you've now repeated this is baffling.

The FBI is investigating him. His response is to fire the head of the investigation and admitted to doing so - despite the White House attempting to pin it on his handling of the Hillary emails. This is not the move of a smart man, it's the move of a complete moron. Nixon got thrown out for the same thing.

If the rumours are true that the FBI have him taped asking for Russia's help and in return, removing sanctions.. is he still a smart man? A 'billionaire' that could have spent the rest of his life in comfort instead of being scrutinised more than anyone on Earth and having to answer to treason?

Just like how Hillary said she would accept the result:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2bv7iKZlHM

We all know what a load of crap that was and what's taken place since. Riots that night, celebrities crying ''not my President'' She couldn't even come out and address her fans afterwards! Word was she went ballistic at her campaign manager and had to be sedated - hence why she looked like she had a hangover the next day. And Jill Steins recount - what an epic fail that was!!!

The masses have been fed bull*&^& by the MSM everyday on an hourly basis for the last 6 month to two years! Worst thing is people still believe it!

They would rather see their country crash and burn, kind of like the scorched-earth-policy used by both sides on the Eastern Front in WW2, than see Trump succeed. That's how a bitter ex-girlfriend/wife acts.

All countries meddle in one form or another - Obama did it to either France or Germany in 2012, on top of bugging Merkels phone.

The 'Russia inquiry' started before the election. Flynn, Manafort and Page, all questionable ties to Russia and only outed when the media leaked their connections, despite warnings. Comey's firing was days before he was due to offer evidence to congress.

Can you tell me what crime would be worse than the President of the United States being compromised by the Russians? You don't think that's worthy of being sorted out before anything else?!

Seeing you asked...

All those times when Barack Obama committed impeachable offenses

The Washington establishment media, with plenty of help from their official political apparatus, the Democratic Party, has been in full meltdown mode over what legal experts widely agree is a huge nothing burger: That President Donald J. Trump allegedly pressured former FBI Director into dropping the bureau’s investigation into the president’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn.

Comey allegedly made the claim in a memo that he supposedly wrote, a copy of which has never actually been seen yet by the general public. The allegations were laid out in a New York Times story based on what an anonymous source read over the phone to a Times reporter, if you can believe that.

My, how journalistic standards have fallen in the Age of Trump.
In any event, constitutional and legal experts aren’t buying it just yet. One of them is Prof. Jonathan Turley, an Obama supporter and a constitutional law professor at George Washington University Law School. Writing in The Hill, he states:
For the first time, the Comey memo pushes the litany of controversies surrounding Trump into the scope of the United States criminal code.
However, if this is food for obstruction of justice, it is still an awfully thin soup. … Indeed, it raises as many questions for Comey as it does Trump in terms of the alleged underlying conduct.
Lost in all of this parsing of Trump’s alleged illegalities and impeachable offenses are all the times when, were the dishonest media to apply the same standards, would have led to cries of “Impeachment!” for President Barack Obama.
As reported by WorldNetDaily, there were numerous instances when Congress — especially the GOP-controlled Congress — could also have introduced articles of impeachment against The Great One. Some of those instances include:
Knowledge of Hillary Clinton’s private email server: Within five days of the original disclosure by The New York Times that Clinton had built her own private, unsecured email system, Obama told a national TV audience via CBS News what he always said when a new scandal hit his administration — he found out about it at “the same time everybody else learned it, through news reports.”He was lying, flat out.Subsequent reports months later stated that Obama himself had emailed Clinton via that same server, using an alias. And in fact, former U.S. attorneys believe that’s why Comey elected not to recommend her for prosecution. Hillary couldn’t be prosecuted without Obama being prosecuted as well.
Obama IRS targeted conservative groups: Prior to the 2012 election, when Obama was running for a second term, the head of the IRS division that approved political activist groups’ non-profit status made certain that conservative organizations were targeted for outsized scrutiny and were held up from receiving their status. That meant they were unable to participate in the 2012 election cycle. This targeting of groups strictly on the basis of their political affiliation is against the law.
Obama’s spying on Team Trump: This criminality actually began long before the Nov. 8 election. As reported by the National Review’s Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor, Obama politicized the U.S. intelligence apparatus and used it to spy on reporters, investigative journalists and even U.S. congressmen who are opposed to the regime’s policies.
Illegal amnesty via executive order: Prior to his 2012 reelection, Obama stated repeatedly he did not have the authority as president to simply change immigration law and legalize millions of people who came to the U.S. illegally. But right after the election, he did just that, granting legal status to “Dreamers” — young illegal aliens who had been brought into the country by their parents.
There are many other instances — including the scandals involving Benghazi, Obama’s unconstitutional decision to bomb Libya without congressional authorization, the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal, to name just a few — that were legitimate instances of presidential abuse of power warranting impeachment.
But of course, the Washington establishment press is the propaganda division of the Democratic Party, so they looked the other way. Often.

Some rumor repeaters on this thread may resort to self harm or reach for medication when they view this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lRWcPfjDA4

This legal expert is of the opinion that even if Donald Trump had a few words to Vladimir about relations after election “actually “ happened, NO CRIME UNDER US LAW HAS BEEN COMMITTED !

Watch and weep. The MSM is the biggest threat the USA faces at present !

Just hope this madness does not come to Australia. ( Yes I know The ABC is part of the problem, but on a smaller scale )

There's the problem right there, no crime has been committed, so how can they prosecute?

Confected outrage against Trump is as good as evidence according to Democrats.

They may just ignore you post or claim "Alternative Facts " !
So why do you keep dropping back in here with your feeble little comments ?

This and gerrymandering should be outlawed. It completely undermines democracy.

Done through legally obtained FISA warrants. Though, it was individuals in the Trump organisation (IIRC Carter Page was one of them)

Syria, anyone? Trump notified the Russians and bombed Syria before notifying congress!

..and you think all of those are worse than a hostile nation having control of the President? Shouldn't an investigation be held without the White House trying to squash it - even if it were to completely clear Trump of any wrongdoing?

Lol, you whinge and moan about the mainstream media and then you offer up this drivel in response?

If Obama should have been impeached why wasn't he? It's the republicans who need to impeach him, not the media.

Cripes! You're right - that's scary stuff! We should listen to you more often!

Oh wait...

theunschackled.net

Our Mission

A new shadow has begun sweeping over the world, trying to hold us down. It’s now turning into an all-out assault on the freedoms we once took for granted with daily impunity

The Red Menace was once defeated, but its back in a new form.

And this time, it’s stronger and much more pervasive. Not stronger in terms of military power, but stronger when it comes to infiltrating people’s minds, possessing people’s hearts and breaking their souls.

The Western world, once the great beacon of freedom and liberty, is now facing an apocalyptic revolution.

Its enemies go by many names: the progressive left, social justice warriors and the bearers of politician correctness and identity and victim politics. It is set to undermine what our civilization has worked for, from above and below, inside and out.

Formed in the Holy Year 2016 (aka the Current Year),

The Unshackled aims to uphold and protect what made western civilization great, those ideas from conservative and libertarian and various other centre-right schools of thought.

We will expose the activities of the various enemies and fightback against the advance against their ideas in the media, in politics and popular culture.

Whether the issues are economic, social or cultural the Unshackled will fight to expose the truth and protect free thinking and free markets. We will not just expose the various arms of the left, we will tackle the corrupt ideologies within the right-wing that have led to parasitic institutions such as crony capitalism which has ruined the reputation and meaning of the original free market capitalism.

Every day ordinary people are being shackled and told what to think, what is wrong with them and the way they currently live is wrong When asked why he decided to have gender quotas in government, Justin Trudeau said, “Because it’s 2016”. Well. We agree. This is why we formed this website, because it’s 2016. Because this is an age of upheaval. It’s an era that threatens our freedoms, our advancement, and our existence.

We must win the war against the controllers of thought and actions. We must protect our world and our lives against mass surveillance, big government, political correctness, the nanny state and elites attempting to rule over ordinary people.

We must uplift this world from the current Dark Age. We must swear to never let totalitarianism sweep the world again.

We are the Unshackled and we will break the chains of control.
