Also with go pro's the mic is kinda crappy, there's external ones that are much better for only a few bucks on ebay, there's some knock off sony ones that are just as good apparently, my mate got some for his gopro's and loves them.

Just curious if the XR5 and TDCI intercoolers are the same item? I'm looking at getting a matte black Airtec Gen3 FMIC for my Focus. Not sure if I asked here earlier or not.

Im pretty sure they are, and i have an Airtec in my car. Id contact http://www.autospecialists.co.uk/ just to be 100% certain.

Did all the factory intercooler pipes fit no issues?

Yep its mounted to factory piping.

Awesome mate, seems like a great little package. God I want an RS..then I think I could get a F6 for the same coin then I start getting headaches.

Thanks mate, yeah RS was a little bit of a stretch so in the end i bought this. It can almost keep a stock RS honest.

Car got a service today ready for tommorrow, tyres look like they have about 5000 clicks left in em i reckon i might do 2000 of them tommorrow at happy laps

Couple of quick pics a mate took today at Lakeside with VWWatercooled, nice bunch of guys some of those cars a VERY quick even my car surprised me somewhat.
Speed was somewhat restricted to 140kph on the front straight

Dallas, Were the above pics on a "sighting" lap? You're not wearing crash helmets. In my experience, I've NEVER been out on a racecircuit without one.

Nah i dont know if its happens everywhere, but its called 'Happy Laps' ive been to afew days and the organising club has happy laps, 30 minutes on the track to have some fun. Now it was limited somewhat in regards to speed, but i seen 175 under the timing boom at Lakeside so it wasnt enforced too much.

This was my first time actually having a run on the track, but as usual it only takes 1 mungbean to ruin it for everyone, lucky it didnt happen today and everyone was well behaved.
