Me too From what I have been able to find on the brand they appear to be very good and with the new ARMII technology the functions should run a lot quicker and smoother than earlier models and brands in a similar price range (fingers crossed)

The stereo in my 2009 Focus Zetec has been one on my main frustrations with the car. It just hates iPods for some reason. I have ordered that dodgy but perfect sounding one off eBay, I'll update if its a scam.

Fitted 4 x new Bridgestone Potenza RE002s. So much grip and not much road noise either. I forgot how good it is to drive on a new set.
Bridgestone has a buy 3 tyres, get the 4th free deal at the moment. The RE001s which I had on the car did very well - lasted 3 years and must have been 40-50,000km. |

Still done nothing to the ST
Just enjoying it for the time being, at least it survived being standard longer than my XR5

I washed mine today, the good thing about TS is that it doesn't appear dirty even when it's filthy.
A good interior clean, along with some dressing on the tyres and she's ready for another week! : |

Fitted the new H.U. but unfortunately it's either not compatible or has a fault, I've been down this road before a few years back but I thought I would give it another try with one of the cheapies but alas it was obviously not meant to be yet again :(

Went to go see one yesterday at the local ford dealer and the rear sensors were like a totally different colour to the rest of the car. |

Not competely, no. But they are close enough that you don't notice unless you really look.

I've broken my Falcon so I've done around 300km on the space saver spare wheel in the Focus, as I can't source a set of 16" steelies anywhere for my Focus.
This 80km/h stuff is BS, I did 80km/h for about 20km, since then I've been doing 100+ on it, car understeers like a ***** even with it on the rear though. |

After replacing my wheel bearings in the back-end recently, I replaced the one's in the front. All one unit i.e. hubs and it gives a much smoother, quieter ride now.

Although the weather has been wet, my daughter and I decided to give the Focus a wash and wax.. Just wished we had a sunny day to take pics..
Next on the list of mods are new wheels, but for now will just keep the stock ones but may plastidip them black until I can decide on style. Lowering is to come, and believe it or not, I found a wing for the back that is low profile and I think will look good. But will get to that when it comes... I also found a front splitter that will give it a racy profile.. South Africa will begin its COTF series next year, and will be using the Focus Sedan as its body shell. So that's where I am getting my idea's from... |

Anyone here with a set of 16" steelies on their Focus, if they want to upgrade to alloys, give me a yell as I'm after a set of steelies for my Focus.
As I've rooted one of my wheels. |

I couldnt imagine what an ST front would cost.
But i like the above though. Gives it an ST ish look. could maybe even get some of the 'S' badges and mount them like the ST badge is.

I have actually just bought some S badges to put on mine, as the LW Mk1's didn't come with model badges, just the Fiesta badge on the back (lucky I kept that) So they will be arriving this week. I also bought a little 2.0 badge to go with it.. However, an ST front end on a Sedan has me thinking. I have seen some ST front bumpers with minimal damage for around $250 on ebay.. Of all the things, its my twin pipe tip that gives me a giggle..

Hopped in the LV Mark11 Zetec auto yesterday after golf to find the battery had died in the carpark!
Grrrrrrr. Is this normal for a Ford battery to last only 2 years? (well 2 years and 1 day since delivery of the car) The RACQ guy said it was. |

looks like the scam android radio was a scam, the user has been deleted, but now magically a similar deal has appeared for a similar price.
Do not buy. I would love for someone local to be selling and installing these things, gives me someone to yell at it if all goes wrong. I am more interested in this one if it would work. |
