I bet most of the country don't want to watch Bathurst all day either yet they can manage to find a remote control.

Channel 7 are a bunch of losers anyway for to reasons; they employ David Koch, and they aren't running The Dream with Roy and HG. Honestly, these IOC and olympic homosensuals are all delicate little wallflowers now aren't they?
And those accusing others of taking drugs should harden up and take the same drugs themselves, that way it would become a level playing field.

I could be wrong, however, the last time I checked, Bathurst doesn’t go for two ****ing weeks.

This is actually an Anti Olympics thread. Anyone choosing to publicly support the Olympics should log on and post their comments here.

I agree!! Watching the Olympics are a walk in the park compare to having to hear about Ben Cousins next drug high, Wayne Careys next bout with cops and every other bogan AFL players dunken escapades and bladder weaknesses every day!

The aussies in the cycling were'nt allowed by the chinese officials to have their wives or families watch from the sidelines. A bit stiff when they travel all the way over and not see it!

With digital TV being available, they should just broadcast different sports on the side channels. Then we have a bigger selection on what we want to watch and we won't have to put up with particular commentators. The solution is there.... they just have to use it.

I can understand swimming freestyle, understand bike riding and a few other events but where is it with breast stroke swimming, what man woman or child when dumped in the water swims like a butterfly naturally ?, then there's the pomelvault thing where you swing you adnoids over this raised log? what is all that about, ? who goes out into a Forrest See's a log and yells lets swing our aggots on this.

surely these sports were meant to replicate things we normally would do, really a pommel vault champ is good for what exactly ?

any with both the misus and I bored with all this butterfly I thought i would do a Tyson beckford ( from next supermodel ) and decided i would be a he man and rip my T shirt of for the trouble n stife, I even pre cut the top and bottom stitching to make it easier.

Well i need more weeta bix i struggled and strained to rip the shirt of with my face turning oblong like a scene from a warner bro's cartoon and in the end the thing i ripped came from my backside caused from the strain of it all.

O well back to the Go lymics.

lol... Yes I pity the poor bloke who tried the pommel horse routine first, he would of been talking high pitched for a few days afterwards and walked with an eggarrerated funny limp after some unfortunate aggressive movements

Me either, however, if they had laying on the couch being a lazy ba$t@rd as an event, I would definitely be in for GOLD.

I must say it is good to have SBS showing the games too.
Least they show different sports and different countries.

Not the usual swimming ****fest, like on channel 7.
then the replay of it.

I'm not sick of the Olympics, if you are then it's not that difficult to avoid. Go outside and play some sport or something.....!
What I am sick of is **** terrorists threatening to ruin other peoples fun and make innocent peoples lives a misery, just like their own miserable joyless lives.

Well said.. if we've got to the point where all we've got to complain about is sport or sport on TV then we're doing pretty well aren't we....
Personally id like to see more sport on TV, it makes a pleasant change to 300 versions of CSI...

Can someone explain to me what happened with last nights Judo fight with the australian woman against the Italian woman? How on earth did the Italian score 9 extra points from no where?
