About 12 months before territory was released I saw 3 of them parked in a canberra hotel car park, where I was staying. They were accompanied by BMW M5 Honda MDX anda about 4 other 4WD.

They had no badges and blankets over the interior, anda few details like the head/tail lights etc werent there (just screwed on trailer lights). The ford blokes were staying in the hotel. I met them in the hotel bar, they had FOMOCO folders and were doing paper work when I met them, and were very open about the car when i approached them.

They asked me not to take pics, tho I pointed out that they were in a public place and I couldnt help it if their cars got in the way of my photos. But they were decent blokes, so i didnt take pics, tho i did get to crawl all over territory.

SO yes there is a good chance you will find Orion in a hotel car park somewhere. Keep eyes open!

Obviously his hang over got the better of his ability to take a photo.....

Mr Boags seems to be the right prescription for a hang over...

Or if they're serious a fully enclosed car carrier

I saw the territory here about the same time, i remember looking in through the window and thinking they've stolen the falcon's interior for this import car. They brought the Porsche Caynene through here too, Germans don't like people taking photos.

If it was on a public road/place you can tell them to stick it! Take all the pictures you want (just don't touch the car or block it etc) and theres nothing they can do about it - provided it's on public roads.

Ok guys, after a late night and a late start and a tank of gas I managed to get two really crappy shots from the rear with the dyno trailer in the way. But I know where they are staying and will go back tonight. These aren't mules they are zebra's. And from what I saw, it is pig dog ugly. After finally spotting the car on the stuart hwy I lost him at a set of traffic lights heading back into Alice. I am not convinced that this car is even a ford. But they are pulling the same trailers that ford uses. It has VIC registration as well.

Not fords, but these are in town at the moment. I have no idea what it is. I had a chat to a mate at the lacal caltex this morning. He reckons that the jag guys are in town as well. But I haven't seen any sign of them.

Sharkfin looks very BMW.

New 7 Series? Most likely the new large Hyundai.

Great effort none the less! No sign of the Ford boys then?
