its a small burner box, connects via USB into laptop/pc, chip attatches to burner.

at this stage progress is halted as we are still having connection issues..... ing_sm

can we possibly get a list of the known working codes so people can track one down to make the edit process as simple and straight forward as can be.

P.S. i have at least 2 or 3 CFI computers at home if you want to try them in your car.

Will this edit have the capability to correct the speedo if i was to change to a non-factory diff ratio? In my case i'm talking about an EFII Fairmont.

Also does anyone know exactly what can be done? Im a little pessimistic as E series has no where near the variables as a B series.

Happy to be wrong though.

Still going everyone, have had some issues with the base files not transferring correctly, although all cars are tuneable. I am still working on this, and will be over xmas.

Polyal, you are right, there are not as many functions, we still hope to see some nice gains, esp on modified cars.

Hi mate,

still having some inconsistencies - working on it now, once we can actively get them reliable, we can post.

just my opinion only.......using a CFI car will not be truely indicitave of gains made by this surely.........

CFI isnt reknown for its airflow.........one of the cars in the eseries club gained 34rwkw from a multipoint conversion alone...... back to backed on the same dyno........

CFI - MPFI conversion is one of the first things that should be done to any EA or EB1
i'd totally scrap using a CFI car......get something that'll actually show some results

Guys, its nearly impossible to say how many KW's each and every car will make.

Cars with more mods require the edit more urgently than cars that do not.

A cam car should have it, a non cam car may get away with it.

XYSEDAN, if you would like to chat about this, mate give me a buzz and i'll tell you all i know.
