Yeah ive already done that d1xr2c but it wasnt the best job, and I didnt flush the fuel tank.
Im thinking I might change the oxygen sensor aswell. Pull out the ECU and clean up the connection.. make sure all the wires are in there good n proper.
Just general tidy up around the car and hope for the best.. If not.. you'll see it rolled and burnt out somewhere.

one other thing im thinking 100 too one shot, poor connection to battery and ecu is complaining, worth a glance anyway, could be electrical or fuel you could run up to local tune up joint or sparky should be able to check spark voltages on tune up machine, that would eliminate 1 thing........good luck

It sounds like a leaky intake or bad valve spring.

take it to ford and get them to plug there magic scan tool in and see what pops up.if the ecu is reading all its sensors and behaving itself.then go from there .

I dont have 180364803184 dollars to take it to ford and get there crappy customer service to tell me something i already know... Im better off asking a 4 year old whats wrong with my car.

FUEL PUMP can cause intermittent problems backfireing sometimes caused by low fuel pressure and of course really bad missfire Next time starts playing up lie under car and kick the tank see if that helps
Maybe coilpack they share 2 leads to 1 coil so u maybe running on 4 cylinders thats why so bad
