Hi Jeff and Nic

Congratulations on the new additionS to your household! They are adorable! Id be exhausted too, if I were Mum - its tiring enough pushing out ONE let alone multiples!!!! My sympathies to KITTY MUM (tm)....

I hope all the kittens are going well too, and that they all get a good feed (ie no runts).

And dont listen to the NASTY people on here! :P

They should be read to leave in about 6-8 weeks. The 18th november is 6 weeks so it should be just about right, perhapse a little on the young side, but if it is healthy enough we should be fine.

They are doing great. People who have never had kittens will not believe me but they have already grown in less than 2 days. They were actually quite big to start with but they are all looking nice and healthy. The black one is having a bit of trouble feeding but so far he seems to be fareing ok. No obvious runts at this stage. Also our other cat Spaz is obviously the father of at least 3 of the dark ones because they have inherited his gorgeous silky soft shiny fur. I have never seen fur like it before and they are already showing signs of it so they are going to be absolute stunners. Mummy cat (Ditzy) is proving to be a wonderful mum, and is recovering nicely. I will post some mor pictures shortly.

BTW Catburgers (TM) are NOT reccomended for Bathurst day BBQ's.

Well. the little darlings are 6 weeks old now and its time to start finding homes for them. We will probably keep 1 at this stage and my mum will take 1, so that leaves 4 little darlings looking for a home. If anyone wants them please contact me and we can make a time to come and meet them. Here they are...

Greenie, Bish and I caught a little fella on Saturday.. His mum left him in the shed and didn't seem interested in feeding him.. i boxed him up ready for the RSPCA but when i tried to straw feed him he bolted and cleared the side of the box..His mum might look after him when no one is around, but he was trapped in the wall of the shed so he would of been starving :( .If he is still hiding in the shed and mum hasn't fed him I'll try to catch him again mate, if you are keen I'll shout out before he goes to the hostel.

Sorry in advance for the soapbox speach but....

Ok guys, your cat has had kittens, and that is great. But now would be a good time to have your animal spayed. I've mentioned here a couple of times that my girlfriend works for the RSPCA, and unfortunately becuase of the overpopulation of Cats, she has to put down a number of kittens every week simply because there are too many kittens around. (Its currently cat season apparently).

So be responsible.

Anybody who's looking for a cat (or dog), i'd recommend the RSPCA, any animal you buy will be spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. Don't buy from a pet shop.

/off soap box.

the kittens are free, we just want them to go to a good home. Thats all we really care about. But you must be able to get them in the next couple of days as we really need to get them out of here. Their mum is getting sick of them being around.

PM me for more details or to arrange a get together.
