maybe the jink is actually because their right leg is longer than their left as they have to push the right pedal further to get it to go. its not a jink its a biomechanical defect otherwise known as a limp or wobble. actually my job is fixing how people walk, maybe i should do an offer for holden owners..........

You should hang out at servos and hand your business card out.

Maybe the jink is because they stick the keys of the commy up their **** to keep them warm.

Yeah dunno what a jink is : but i have noticed how SS and even some HSV drivers act in and out of the car. I had a guy next to me the other day he was around me for probably 12kms on the way home from work continualy changing lanes gettin on the gas then having to brake etc etc. Was a nice VS SS thought but stupid big monster tacho hat sidewayz <----- that kinda attitude is the kind of attitude i hate, and most people that have it drive the general ive noticed

Just went to the servo and I think I saw someone with a jink in their step. He hopped out of an SS and looked at me like he was gonna unload on me too so I just wound the windows up, locked the door and got the wipers running just incase. Luckily, I had my camera with me to catch it!

Is that the look/walk you meant??

How fast can you go in a servo? Your not even in the car..

If you were giving me shifty looks becuase of the way i walked i would unload on you too(in a non sexual way[which would be a way you obviously wouldn't like])

So it is true. A 10 second delay will give you enough time to push the button and then run around to the front of the camera to strike a pose. How many takes?

3. In the first one, I was concentrating on my jink to much, fell over and grazed my knee. In the second one, I don't think I jinked enough, fell over and grazed my elbows. Third time I jinked just right and got a keeper :

wait... is that a quote from brokeback mountain??

back to the topic, just for a sec, I usually have a big smile on my face when i'm out in my coupe, because i'm driving a tough, fast car, that I put together. not a smug grin, just a big smile.
I hope there isn't a thread on another forum somewhere about me.
nah, can't be...

its true! they have the jink! i serve em all day and they all come in asking for gearboxes, when i ask how much power it has they reply 'oh...umm..heaps' i say 'is it stock?' they say 'erm yes' and i say 'well we only do a hardcore sort of box, your little motor will never break it'

hahah love the reaction, 'its gonna be 1000hp soon!!!' 'its gonna be stroked' 'its gonna be turboed'

Do SS drivers think they are carrying around the biggest guns? Any other SS drivers you know with that jink in their step..
SS ?
easy picking when out in the wifes r32 golf.. 0 to 100 k in <6 seconds
surprises a lot of them , I reakon anyone silly enough to own an ss needs taking down a peg or three.

i got a mate with a black vz maloo its off its face stroked blown race transmission, yet he walks with less of a jink than he used to with the 5.7SS he had previously. spending $100000 on a car that uses a tank of gas in 150km would take the jink out of your step prety fast.

Same here.

If a study was conducted on these people I wouldn't be surprised that the ones who make comments at servos are also the ones who look at your tackle in the urinal to see who has the biggest one. :togo:

I know what a Jink is now. I asked the mrs if I could get her a Jink later on, so she just slapped me good. And I was wearing my Santa hat too. :hihi:

Haha this thread is awesome!

I dont really get any trouble at servo's with Holden people, but I often get them saying "Pretty nice car......for a Ford", they just have to add that last bit on to try and make me think they dont ACTUALLY like Fords! I laugh every time I hear it!
