Out of every 10 items I list, at least 3 will end up not paying or not even contacting. Some of these members have a feedback of 50 and above too.

Once I sold a cluster and the guy contacted me over 1 month later. It was long sold by then.

eBay has lost it's touch I must admit. The 'good days' are over and there are too many scammers out there ruining it for the decent folk. I've been an eBay Australia member since 2001, it sure has changed a lot.

Hope you get your listing refunded and the car sorted. Might be worth relisting.

I got an email today from eBay also, saying that from May 21st, you HAVE to offer PayPal as a payment method, and from 17th June, PayPal will be the only way you can buy something on eBay.
According to them, it is meant to help with non-paying bidders.

If that's the case then they'll lose me as an eBayer. I don't care about Paypal and am not about to sign up to it just to use eBay...

Paypal sucks and is just another way that eBay makes money.

This spells the beginning of the end of eBay in Australia I would imagine. Some other sites may take off after this, like that 247ads place.

Default ebay

if you go in to advanced search, and click on (find contact information) type in the item number and there ebay name, then an email will be sent to you with the name and address and telephone number if these details have been honestly given by the bidder, you can phone the c**t up. but i would sell your car through car point, zero feed back is not good for large purchasses.

Mate I was simply having a friendly little poke at you. No need to get your back up. I am truly sorry that you took offence.

unfortunately another thread gone to the dogs.

bad luck, best advice is to just let ebay deal with it as there's nothing any of us can do about it. Best of luck to you! Also don't post the guys details around as that may hurt your case.
