Chicken, mayonaise & lettuce.

Crab, vinegar & fresh bread.

Vegemite, cheese & lettuce ( gotta be up there as an Aussie favourite).

Peuty - hmmmm, peanut butter & tomato sauce - possibly only after an extremely long session at the pub LOL.

Ham & salad

jeez - no ones brought up the old Elvis favourite - deep fried mars bar & banana sangas (have a few of these babies and a trip straight to the local cardiac ward).

I do this except with sweet/hot chilli sauce.

Cause if you toast it with sauce inside, it's too hot and burns. So you put it on top!

Least that's why I do it.

Toast with vegemite, add bacon, lashings of hot chilli and lemon pepper. Nom Nom.

Fritz is awesome, they sell Devon in SA as well but its sliced really thin, big enough to cover a peice of bread, still tastes nothing like fritz though.

I grew up with a twist on the american classic of peanut butter & jelly but use mayo instead...on fresh white bread you cant go past it. I know it might sound a little strange but its the goods!

Also baked beans and tasty cheese jaffel...rocks when camping :

Another fav is roast beef, cheese and chutney toasted...yummy
