I vote Port because I'm a South Aussie, and plus I hate Geelong.
I wouldnt worry to much about NRL fans mate, most of them are to lazy to go and watch there "beloved" clubs,it's more convenient to watch it on fox, thats why 15 thousand is there average crowd as opposed to the AFL average of around 40 thousand.

Humour??? ha maybe it was funny the first couple of times but you's do it in every AFL thread that shows up.

If I see a NRL thread I don't even bother to read it because I hate the game and therefore by posting there i'm just wasting bandwidth that could be used for far more interesting things like porn or cars.

I'm going for Geelong because my entire family goes for them and most of my mates and it'd be good to take the flag back from interstate clubs.

I don't quite understand how people can keep referring to Geelong as the chokers.

Yes, they lost grandfinals in the 90's.

Not a single player, coach or football operations manager remains a part of the clubs game (accept Ken Hinkley assist coach).

One would assume that having achieved that since 1995 when they lost to Carlton, things might have changed.

HOWEVER, that does not mean that I don't think Port will give them a good run. I expect it to be just as nail biting as Collingwood versus Geelong.

I also have to agree with Jimmy Bartel on his saying that he can't understand why people would assume that just because the last 3 brownlow medalists went on to lose the grand final means he will too. History may repeat itself but it doesn't mean it's a dead set certainty!
