There was a barn find for sale at Wangaratta swap meet recently. I dont think I've ever seen anything so shagged! The sills were made with wood! Pitty really.

sort of a barn find I guess.
I was on my way to the coast for a holiday when our car did a wheel bearing. We got towed to the local mechanics and this was sitting right down in the back corner. Been sitting there for many many years according to the mechanic and not for sale

and my old mans XT fairmont.
A mates uncle owned this since new. removed the engine to use in his boat and the car sat there ever since. He isnt a ford person so when we heard about it we went and saved the old girl Hes had it 2 yrs now and has been collecting parts for it. Almost ready to get stuck into the bodywork. and after a quick hose off and some different wheels to get it rolling didnt have carpet in it when we got it which probably saved the floors

You see all these shiny GTs with awesome interiors and immaculate paint rolling around which is good, but this Bushman's GT would generate 10x more interest. |

Hey, was bush bashing on foot looking for some juicy trout then out of the middle of the bush next to the river appears this...
it was in a corrugated shed. i have no idea what it is but saw the badge on the side which got me interested!

That Rolls Royce motor is probably out of a tank at a guess.

Might be stating the bleeding obvious but it appears to be a Rolls Royce diesel generator?
EDIT: or out of a tank as above. |

Could be a generator, rolls royce did make them. However, it's more likely that it's one of their truck/earthmoving engines.

May Unique Cars Magazine
GUESS WHAT’S IN THE SHED Coming across the former Wells’ phone number while looking through some papers, Peter rang and spoke to the current resident of the former Wells’ property. When asked if there was a Commodore out the back somewhere, he replied “hang on a tick mate, I’ll have a look”. After a short pause, the voice said “yeah mate, she’s still here”. Peter hot-footed it to the property, confirmed that the car was in fact Barry’s Repco Commodore, and called his dad, who lost no time in getting to the address. Barry’s reaction to seeing the car again, still in its Repco Trial Marlboro Dealer Team livery, is understandable: “For once in my life, I was speechless. Memories came flooding back, it was very emotional. The paintwork was faded, but the original Halda Speed Pilot and Twin Master were still in place, the spare tyres, brand new, were still mounted on the rear bulkhead; everything was just as it was when the car finished the Repco.”

Very sad...however, if it's a genuine E38/E49 (as it looks to be...everything has aged for a long time there and replica performance Chargers still aren't a big thing, much less many years back), it's well worth buying. |

What have we here ??? A Chrysler wayfarer ute Still not worth a motsa, and good to see it in some active duty , rather than rusting in a paddock As for the Rolls frame mounted engine I got offered a few years back 1 big behemouth of a genny, powered by a flat head motor, dunno what they were running from it , but it was huge and apparently weighted a tonne or 3 or so It was mine for free, if i got it removed, it was gunna cost a fortune to move and i had no used for it, maybe run power for the street ??? But its no longer there now |
