The thing is even here it's pretty a close split between 0-29 and 30 to 60. The 60+ is actually minority funnily enough when it comes to cases. Sure our oldies will make up most of the deaths, but that surprised me.

52 new cases for Australia and 11 deaths sees the CMR rise to 3.00% while active drop to 2,551. NSW recorded 10 cases; Queensland 2; SA recorded 1 with the balance in Victoria. The Victorian State 14 day moving average is now 74.29 with metro at 65.3 and regional already below the next milestone target at 4.7.
1 new cases and zero deaths for NZ so CMR is 1.339% and active cases fall to 114. The UK had 3,539 new cases yesterday, the highest since May 26th. We know they are now not counting their mortalities by the WHO guidelines so we are going to ignore those figures. Just over 40k new cases in the USA yesterday and 1,089 deaths sees CMR fall to 2.979% and active cases drop to 38.1% with the raw numbers rising again. Note that the USA is actually minus one day due to time differences. Other notable points: The USA completes 90M, India 54M, UK 19M & Philippines 3M tests; Europe passes 4M cases; Asia records a new daily high of 127,894 new cases; Tunisia (377), Hungary (718), Costa Rica (1,420), Nepal (1,454), Morocco (2,430), Ukraine (3,144) and India (97,654) all recorded new daily highs; those in blue for the second consecutive day and those in red for a third or more consecutive day.

Just to clarify the bold bit, especially so no one in regional Vic gets their hopes up too early, the milestone target is:
Whilst the DHHS website is not clear, presumably those milestones are an 'and' and not an 'or'. While the average number of cases is below the target, unfortunately, the number of unknown source cases is at 7. Whether those unknown source cases can be resolved with the additional focus on case tracing remains to be seen.

Is that the first time that our CMR is higher than US? Wow that puts it perspective given they couldn't organise a **** up in a pub these days and for the most part our governments have been on the same page where as they are all over the place.

Showing the difference in mainstream media presentation of the BLM protests and the anti lockdown protest - he's interviewing protesters about their thoughts. |

You don't have to wear the mask when exercising - if you watch the video you'd have noticed that, also none of the mainstream media wear masks when presenting in Melbourne

Where is this pool of unemployed police officers where they can hire so many? Or is it like the hotel quarantine and you just get hired by a text message with no training?

Shiny new black trucks and riot squads. Very Latin America! Must be where all the money that should have been spent of track/trace and pandemic preparedness went...

You can't change the minds of conspiracy theorists arguing with logical facts but a bit of rain and they all disappear....

We demand our freedom!
Unless of course it's raining. Pathetic morons. Hey Franco, why didn't you attended the protest? You seem to make a lot of noise about it all from behind your keyboard. Scared of a little bit of rain? Or was it the possibility of catching a little cold or a flu that put you and your people off attending the "freedom" march?? |

Anyone notice the names of these Melbourne based anti-COVID, anti-masks, anti-5G, anti-lockdown, anti-this, anti-that cult leaders/influencers who have been in the news lately, desperate for their 15min of fame?
A few names listed below: James Bartolo Avi Yemini Fanos Panayides Raphael Fernandez Tony Pecora Solihin Millin Vik Grujic To name a few. Most are Italian, Greek, Middle-Eastern background surnames. Or Wog's and Lebo's in 'street talk'. Coincidently, some the most highly religious communities around the world. Says quite a lot about their mentality and psych really. They all tend to believe that some man with a beard living up in the sky will come down to earth and save them one day. |

Avi Yemini is a son of Zephaniah Waks, who was just “Steve Waks” before he fell in with the chassidim fifty years ago. Does Abe Waks sound so foreign?
I don’t especially agree with some things he does and has done, but he’s young and there’s time to make it right. In respect to his activism for the current cause célèbre, I choose to believe he has an eye on the welfare of others, and is not wholly about self-promotion. |

People can improve themselves if there is determination, opportunity and ability.
You might be unlikely to vociferously decry the work of a vaccine researcher if they carried a similar burden. |

Making fun of people who care about civil liberties and freedoms while supporting media driven leftist ideals that lead to anarchy and anti social, degenerate behaviours. I don't like soylent green.
