You referring to the cars, or the people?

I thought that this was a combined Eurofordclub and Bseries cruise.

I didn't see anywhere that it was otherwise.

Or did you do this on your own bat Ben.

You jumped the gun, would is not a definitive. But WOULD make for an interesting cruise, being on runs with them before and they are some of the best cruises I have being on.

Depends on if people want me to organise the booking there or not... was going to throw in for a heap of finger foods to start off with... gives us a place to sit, eat, drink and smoke atleast (for those who are smokers)... and being lunch time, gives everyone a good place to eat without having to find somewhere else... $10 roast guys

As it stands we have the Names listed here + 10 Definates from X-Falcon and 5 Maybes, + however many Euro guys.
The only problem with cruises like this is there are always many people who do not show up or have to pull out.
So Thats around a Maximum of 40 Cars, which is a bit unlikely so I would be going off 30-40. If the pub can't cater for that then I'm sure there will be others, and that is assuming everyone will be hungry/want to eat there. But if you could approach the pub and tell them we Plan to assault them with 30-40 people around mid-day just so they are prepared it would be good. With this many clubs and people involved it would be hard to tie everyone down to one pub.

Mate... just so you know... The Oxford is very over priced with garbage food... Plus parking isnt all that either... sure it may look good... but its only ever short lived... I'd suggest if people want to go there, then be sure to take extra $$ for the "meals"... and i know i'm biased... i've been screwed over there, and my sister used to work there... i know ALOT of secrets...

The venue i lined said they can handle up around 50-60 if we want.. but gotta let them know tonight...

a BBQ for 40 people is going to be hard to organise with such short notice. Even if we say BYO there is no guarantee everyone will read this thread before Sunday.

Stick to the pub and work of 25-30 poeple, max.

Account for extras and the no shows... If the numbers are greater we will sort it out when we get there.

Cheers

Just another reminder guys. The details are:

When: Sunday March 30th 9:00am Meet (9:30 Depature)

Where: Richmond Macca's (Crn March and East Market St)

From Richmond we'll head to Lithgow for a quick rest stop before heading onto Bathurst where we will meet up for a $10 roast and the local pub.

Word of warning for the pub roast... just like alot of other places... First in, best dressed... but when i talked to the owner, he said he'd make sure extra stock was ordered in for us.
